What really stood out was his attitude, patient, reassuring, and genuinely invested in helping me get back on the road safely. He explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to make a bad situation so much easier. Dakota is the definition of outstanding customer service. He saved my day, and I’m extremely grateful. Any company would be lucky to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as him. Thank you, Dakota!! you were absolutely amazing!
