  I now have two experiences with this branch failing to honor a reservation for lack of vehicles and notifying at the last possible moment or not at all. Lesson learned I suppose. EDIT: I want to highlight the dishonesty of all these BS responses from whoever Enterprise underpays to handle social media. Every single time I have "followed up" with more "information" has resulted in additional stonewalling, incompetence, and frustration. In fact, the only way to get any useful response from Enterprise is to threaten credible legal action -- the MA Attorney General's office has a specific form for car rental company complaints, for anyone who has been cheated by Enterprise financially on the rare occasion they actually have the car they promised.

  HORRIBLE. Run, don’t walk away from here. I was GUARANTEED a full size SUV for a ski trip with 5 kids and 8 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up they called to say they had no SUV’s. Absolutely inexcusable. And to add followup: their silly corporate response below takes you to the main website with no way to get in touch with a human. Unreal & pathetic. THE WORST!
