I have a Jeep Cherokee and many times when I have had oil changes done the techs wrestle with getting the oil filter out and replaced. The tech that did this oil change seemed like he had done it hundreds of times...no hesitation...no issues. He was efficient, fast, thorough, and very courteous and friendly. I'll go back next time to this location and hopefully will see him again!
