Brought my truck for brakes, pads that was supposed to be free, labor and material for 2 front rotors, 2 front calipers total of 2k. $2.000,00 are you kidding me? I took my business else where and got the same exact work done for less than a half of the price. I will never come back.

The staff was friendly and quick to offer suggestions for service. They brought the car in, lifted it up and diagnosed my issue which is a lot less than I was thinking it was. They gave me a referral if it got worse and didn’t upsell me on anything. I noted I’m not a car guy because I’m the type who would have easily fallen for a con job due to my lack of knowledge. Friendly, honest service is sadly rare these days, but Nicholas and the guys at Mavis are top notch. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Buying tires is always expensive and stressful but I did not have that experience this time at all. Jonathon helped me do price research as my prior tires were discontinued, he educated me on the best options for my car, and then we looked through numerous tire options all at 7:30 on a Thursday (they closed at 8:30) and I was able to drive away right at 8:30pm. Also, he’s a great conversationalist so you won’t be bored while you wait! Overall, great experience, they were reasonable, friendly, helpful, efficient, and I’ve already recommended this place to my family and friends and will be coming back for brake rotors in a few months.
