    I had the craziest (and best) experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes and I have to share it. I originally went in for a routine tire service, nothing major. The staff was super friendly and got me checked in quickly. But then things took an unexpected turn — they heard a noise coming from my engine area and decided to take a closer look. Turns out, a scared little cat had somehow crawled up inside and was hiding in there! Instead of brushing it off, the team jumped into action. They were incredibly patient and careful, making sure not to hurt the cat while figuring out how to safely get it out. It took some time, but they worked together and successfully rescued the little guy. I was honestly blown away by how calm, compassionate, and determined they were. Not only did they take care of my car quickly and professionally, but they literally saved a life that day. You just don’t find that level of kindness and customer care everywhere. Huge shoutout to the team for going above and beyond. I came in for tires and left with my car fixed and my faith in humanity restored. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I dont normally write reviews but wanted to share great experience. I picked up a bolt in my tire late night, Sun morning went to hopefully get it repaired before school vacation. Nik was there 30 mins before open, he took me in a couple mins even though there was another appointment. He had me in and out in under an hour. He also gave me a couple of suggestions for new tires and he saw they were wearing and I have inspection due in 2 months. Most pleasant customer service I have had in a very long time. Thank you Nik and your team.

    Staff at Mavis were quick, professional, and easy to work with. They beat a competitor price by more than $100 and made sure I was aware of each step in their process of choosing tires and installing the tires. I have already made an appointment for my wife's car and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    "I purchased a set of four tires here less than two years ago, but they were already worn out and failing inspection after only 18,000 miles. When I asked about the mileage warranty, the manager denied any credit, claiming I should have rotated the tires four times in that period. This is an unrealistic expectation that contradicts the guidelines on Mavis’s own website, especially since I did perform rotations during that time. Instead of honoring the warranty, the manager tried to get me to purchase the same tires again at full price with no proration. He also couldn't explain how the proration process worked, only stating that it 'had to go through corporate.' Because I was left with unsafe tires and no clear path to a resolution, I chose to purchase replacements from a competitor. Extremely disappointed in the lack of product durability and the dismissive service at this location." "UPDATE: Management replied asking me to call. I have instead submitted a formal complaint via their website and sent a direct email with all supporting maintenance documentation and receipts. I am currently awaiting a written resolution from the Consumer Solutions team and will update this review based on how they handle this warranty claim." "SECOND UPDATE [February 2]: It has been nearly a week since Mavis responded here, yet I have received zero follow-up to my formal web form submission. Furthermore, my attempts to reach corporate customer service via email have been met with 'Recipient Disabled' bounce-backs. I have my maintenance records and receipts ready, but Mavis has provided no functional way to submit them. Please provide a working contact method to resolve this warranty claim." "FINAL UPDATE [February 17]: After escalating this issue to the Mavis corporate office, a corporate manager reached out and did the right thing. They acknowledged the validity of my warranty claim and issued a fair prorated refund. While I am satisfied with the final corporate resolution, I am disappointed that it took two weeks of effort and a formal complaint to get the store to honor a warranty that I had specifically paid for. Glad this is finally resolved."
