    I recently had to trade in my lease for a new vehicle. Jackson Mornel was a fabulous salesperson. He was a great communicator and more important a great listener! Jackson made sure every aspect of this trade was seamless, time efficient and as easy as possible! His knowledge about the vehicles and the trade process made this so easy!     My car died and I was going out of state a few days later. I needed a new car and didn’t have the time or energy to fool around and play games. I’m so glad I worked with Morkos from Bernardi Honda. He is a straight shooter and really helped me in a time of need. I was able to get a good deal on a new car and drive it off the lot the same day I called. He really understood my needs and even stayed late to help me. If you need a car you have to talk to Morkos - he’s the best!

    I had a disappointing experience at Bernardi Honda on Worcester Street. We were assisted right away by a salesperson who appeared to be new, but he clearly did not understand what we were asking for or what options the dealership actually offers. He was giving unclear numbers and seemed unfamiliar with available vehicles or financing options. All we asked was very simple: what are your best current offers on the specific model we mentioned, and what financing rates are available considering we have a trade-in. He had to go back and forth multiple times to ask the manager for help. Eventually, the manager came over and commented that we had “scared” his new employee. I completely understand that everyone is new at some point — but our questions were basic and standard, and we had asked the same questions at multiple other dealerships without any issue. When the manager joined, he also questioned why they should spend time evaluating my trade-in if I wasn’t planning to purchase a vehicle that same day. From the beginning, I had clearly explained that I was exploring options and learning what the dealership could offer, not committing to an immediate purchase. After being shown a vehicle, we were left waiting again without clear communication. Eventually, we were given a worksheet showing a trade-in value of approximately $1,275 for my 2010 Toyota Camry with ~102k miles, despite a Carfax report indicating good reliability and only minor damage. This offer felt extremely low and disconnected from market value. Overall, the experience lacked transparency and professionalism. Instead of receiving clear information about available offers and financing options, we were left confused and undervalued as customers. I expected a much more straightforward and respectful process.

    I had an excellent car buying experience from start to finish when purchasing my 2022 Honda Pilot. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Victor, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the vehicle features, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the decision. It really felt like he was focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. Sean in finance was just as great to work with. He explained all the paperwork and options clearly, kept everything organized, and made the financing side quick and easy to understand. No surprises, no pressure — just honest and helpful guidance. Overall, the team made what can sometimes be a stressful process into a very positive experience. I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

    We had an awful experience at Bernardi Honda in Natick and will never return. After shopping around at several Honda dealerships, we decided to head over to Bernardi Honda of Natick which is well out of our way, But since we had purchased a car there before and we were happy, we decided to give it another go. We were immediately greeted by our salesman David. After 2–3 hours of back-and-forth with David and managers we came to an agreement of a monthly payment for a lease on a pilot. David went to his “general manager” to discuss the price then suddenly, the manager named Marc Accelon came over and told us they couldn’t honor the deal. He then presented a completely different offer that was MORE money per month than what we had already discussed and signed with David. It was clear the staff and management were not on the same page, so we left frustrated. As soon as we left we started receiving phone calls, texts, and emails about how they can help is “reach a deal” to earn their business. The next day, our salesman david called and told us they would honor the original deal and asked us to come in at 9:00 AM the following morning to sign papers and pick up the car. We trusted them and went back. We spent another three hours completing paperwork on financing, insurance, etc. On the final document, the same manager, Marc, came over in a very condescending way and told us there had been a “mistake” on their end and that we now had to pay an additional $1,500 upfront to get the same deal we were PROMISED. When we explained that their error should not be the customer’s responsibility, he showed no concern, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. His unempathetic and abrasive attitude made it clear he didn’t care at all. We later called Marc out of frustration and disappointment, and he sounded disengaged and unprofessional, as if he didn’t want to be on the call at all, his tone was very blunt and arrogant, as if we were wasting his time. However this dealership wasted OUR time, misled us multiple times, and tried to change the deal at the very last minute! That is not how you treat customers! Because of this experience, we decided NOT to buy a Honda at all and purchased a Jeep instead. I would strongly caution anyone considering Bernardi Honda in Natick. This was one of the most unprofessional car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.
