Bob was very friendly and efficient in helping me find my car and getting me a good deal! You can tell he is very educated with Honda when explaining each model and its features out of the top of his head. He was also very efficient in keeping me updated from the day we closed to the day I picked up my car. I was very pleased with my experience with Bob!

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation, still under warranty. Got the vehicle back, Went to use the windshield wipers and there was no fluid. I didn't ask to have all the fluids checked, but I would think for a professional place they could have filled it or at least let me know it was empty, very disappointed

A few weeks ago, I purchased a certified used 2019 Honda CR-V from Bernardi Honda with super low miles for a very good price. It was just what I was looking for. I liked the trim level, exterior and interior color combination, and also the really low miles it had for its age. I pretty much found a needle in a haystack. The day I came to pick up the car they called me and told me they didn’t have the title yet but I was still ok to bring the car home and it would arrive the next day. I should’ve seen that as a red flag. I drove the car home and still didn’t hear anything about the title the next day. Next day, I received a text saying it was supposed to come saying that their package from UPS was delayed and it probably wouldn’t come in until the following day. They should’ve already gotten the title between when I purchased the car and the day I came to bring it home. At that point, I decided it wasn’t a good idea to drive my new car until the title came and everything with insurance was squared away. In hindsight, I should’ve waited to pick up my car until the title was in and my insurance company had been contacted by the dealership as I took a big risk driving it home. They tried to assure me that my car had insurance through the plates on my old car that I had transferred to the new car. That is false information as the plates were still technically registered to my old car. What the dealership told me to do was shady and low key illegal. Massachusetts law REQUIRES YOU to have your vehicle insured and registered to be able to legally drive it on the road and it’s a criminal violation if you do not have insurance and registration. Had something gone wrong on my way from the dealership I could’ve faced fines, had my license suspended, and would’ve gotten into serious trouble. Lots of people told me that was shady and some friends of mine that bought their cars from other dealerships weren't allowed to bring their car home until the title arrived and insurance did things on their end. They should've asked me to come get my car another day until the title was in and insurance was taken care of. I felt pretty stupid for bringing it home before all of that was done but I was so excited to get a new car that I didn't think too much of that. I refused to drive my car until insurance had the title and it got insured. Luckily a family friend of mine was generous enough to let me borrow one of their cars to drive in the meantime. The title ended up arriving the day after they said it would come. I got a text at noon on Friday saying they got it and they’re getting all the forms ready. The insurance company was closed over the weekend and I gave them the phone number and hours so they could take care of everything for me. They had HOURS to contact my insurance and didn’t. I called my insurance and they said they hadn’t heard anything and they were closing soon so I knew it wouldn’t be done that day. The dealership said they would still send it over and that the insurance company would get the title over the weekend and everything should be taken care of first thing Monday morning. They didn’t do that, of course. Luckily they sent it over to my insurance company on Monday afternoon and everything got done on the insurance’s end very quickly and I got the car insured the day of. I had a few issues with the battery already dying that was less than a year old and I had to have them flush out the wiper fluid twice due to the lines being frozen as someone had put water in the wiper fluid reservoir which that could've been done by the previous owner who had the car in Florida and probably didn't care since it doesn't get cold there. I’m just not certain as to whether or not they did a whole inspection for their certified process. These weren’t mechanical issues but just inconvenient issues. This whole to do especially with the title has put a bad taste in my mouth and I don't plan to do anymore business with them in the future unless god forbid something goes wrong and I need something fixed under warranty.

Morkos is awesome. I came in to potentially lease a used vehicle and left with a brand new 2026 Honda CRV Sport. Got an amazing end of the year deal plus they were able to get my car a day earlier than I asked. I went in on Decemeber 29th and they were PACKED. We waited like 4 hours (i expected it was gonna take a while and I cant blame them since end of year is always crazy). I asked if it was at all possible to have it ready by the 1st and they said they would do their best since the closer you get to the 1st of the year, the better the deals get so there's tons of customers. I really didnt ecpect them to have it ready by the 1st but i got a text saying it was ready on the 31st. Plus I showed up 16 mins after close and they still let me in and gave me my keys. I bought a display vehicle too so it needed to be cleaned, inspected, etc and they took care of all of it within 2 days. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a car. Ask for Morkos, he will take care of you. Also if youre a new buyer and youre not sure about insurance, ask Markos cuz he linked me with a guy who got me an insanely low price within like 30 mins of asking. All in all a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Bernardi Honda and worked with Julio, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and never pushy. Julio took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how hard he worked to get my car ready for delivery — he made sure everything was taken care of so I could pick it up the very next day after buying it. I really appreciated his effort and professionalism throughout. Highly recommend asking for Julio if you’re shopping at Bernardi Honda!
