  Great experience working with Ed Quirk from Audi Natick. Ed was always very prepared every time I met with him and anticipated my questions and concerns before I had a chance to verbalize them. This is my second Audi, so I knew I was buying a great car. Great car and great sales experience is Audi Natick.

  Had my car in for some suspension work over the summer. The car had to go back again because the initial issue was not fixed. They were resonable and just charged me for parts. But after any suspension work an allignment is very important, which they claimed they did. This was aboit 5,000 miles ago and at the time during there inspection they said even tire wear. This is what my tires look like now after 5k miles. I do not believe an allignment was done.

  I had a fantastic experience buying my car at Audi Natick. Jorge was absolutely great to work with — knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found a car that met all of my requirements. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and made sure everything went smoothly.   5-Star Experience at Audi Natick – Highly Recommend Brendan! I recently purchased my second Audi from Audi Natick, upgrading from a Q5 to a brand-new Q7, and the entire experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Brendan. From the moment I submitted an online inquiry, Brendan was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He handled everything seamlessly over the phone, discussing available models, arranging my trade-in, and securing the exact Q7 configuration my family wanted. What impressed me most was his patience and knowledge throughout the process. We test-drove several vehicles over multiple days until we found the perfect one, and Brendan never rushed us. He answered all of my technical questions thoroughly (and there were many!), taking the time to demonstrate features and ensure I fully understood them. The buying process itself was refreshingly straightforward – everything was handled by Brendan from initial quotes and test drives to trade-in valuation and final paperwork. No bouncing between different people, which made it stress-free. The day after delivery, I returned for registration and inspection, and Brendan expedited the process so I wasn’t waiting around.
