    Really professional staff here they do an amazing job. Shout out to Jackson and Sean we had an incredible experience with them we are really happy with our new car. Would recommend Bernardi Honda to anybody looking for a great experience.

    Victor Medina is the way to go. From the start, he met us halfway with kindness, in depth responses, and an effort to solve our needs, not just sell. His title is “sales consultant” and that is the perfect way to put it. He is there to guide you and support your needs, none of that pushy sales demeanor. We were looking to buy for our 22 year old daughter who had zero experience with the market. Victor matched us with a cost effective, efficient, luxurious HRV deal. Extremely happy with our purchase and even more happy with the service and professionalism we were met with on Victors end. This is our second time purchasing with Victor and we will for sure be back.

    I have been a Bernardi Honda customer since leasing my vehicle in 2023, and I have also used their service department for regular maintenance, including oil changes. Because of that, I expected a much more transparent and professional experience when it came time to complete my lease buyout. I already had the official payoff/purchase information directly from Honda Financial Services. However, when I contacted Bernardi Honda, I was not given a clear written breakdown of all charges. The amount being discussed appeared to be higher than the Honda Financial payoff, but I was unable to get a transparent, itemized explanation in writing. What made this even more frustrating was being told there would be additional charges beyond sales tax and doc fees, including an inspection fee, even though this is the same vehicle I have already been leasing and maintaining. A lease buyout should be straightforward and transparent, especially when the customer already has the official payoff amount from Honda Financial Services. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a clear breakdown showing the buyout amount, taxes, doc fee, and any other legitimate charges before moving forward. That level of transparency should be standard. Bernardi Honda is the closest Honda dealer to me, and I had considered continuing to do business with them in the future, including servicing my vehicle and possibly purchasing another one. Unfortunately, this experience changed my opinion completely. Transparency matters not only when a dealer is selling a new car, but also when a loyal customer wants to keep the vehicle they have already been driving and paying for. Because of this experience, I will no longer service my vehicle at Bernardi Honda, and I would not feel comfortable purchasing another vehicle from them or recommending them to others.

    Just a few things that are on my mind after having my car for a little over a month. Definitely feel like i have buyers guilt but that is my own fault. Ended up spending more money on a CRV hybrid Trailsport model. Worked with Jackson who seemed to be very young and new. Told me the car came with front parking sensors (which it did not) and I did test drive it. I was there for hours and finally got to the financial dept. he talked real fast and I was so tired. He talked me into adding the extended warranty which now I remember I had no clue how much more it would be. I think it added at least $5,000-$7,000 which I had know that I probably wouldn’t have added it add but again that was my own fault for not knowing/asking. Anyways just had to say my peace but I am still thinking about this transaction. I also had some questions and someone finally got back to me. Feels like as soon they sell a car they forget about you. Oh well just my opinion.

    Deceptive sales tactic and a very sour experience. Got a decent deal but I put a deposit on a car last week so I could pay cash yesterday. I texted Julio in Sales to confirm the remaining balance on the car and he intentionally told me an amount that was a little over $100 less than what I owed, “Do $X,000 even”. I took this as him being friendly and offering a small discount but in reality he just wanted me to have an open balance so I would have to sit through the finance manager’s warranty pitch which concluded with him telling me that after a deposit and confirmed check amount that I still owed more. Both he and Julio were totally unrepentant despite me showing them our text communication. Be careful and confirm your final open balance instead of what they just tell you to bring in a check for. He also tried to charge me $200 for wheel locks but luckily I noticed on the carfax report that they had already been put on so I had him take that off. Be careful here
