Be careful with Audi Natick service center... They just tried to sell me a whole taillight replacement for $600 claiming it was burned/melted and they couldn't just replaced the $1 bulb 💡 to fix my broken light... Guess what, I took care of it and replacing the 12V 5watts bulb did the trick and it's all working fine!
I know we all need to make a living but how many people got abused by their false claims... So make sure you check before saying yes to what they claim needs to happen, it will likely save you a lot of $$!

What a great seamless experience purchasing from Audi Natick. We purchased a certified pre-owned SQ5 and worked with Kevin in sales. Super nice and responsive. He made time in his busy day to work with us on our schedule to make this happen. Kind and professional. Brendan was patient while walking us through the financing and Linda in service couldn't have been kinder and more courteous. Best buying experience, and will be returning for my next Audi. 5 stars!
I came to Audi Natick hoping to find a car that would meet several criteria. Although I came with definite preferences I was unsure which one of the Audi Sedans or SUVs would best suit my needs. Happily, I was assigned to Zack Kornbliet who immediately translated my verbal descriptions of what I was looking for into specific suggestions. He also clearly explained why he chose the specific cars he suggested in understandable laymen’s terms. Deciding on which car to buy is always potentially stressful. Zack’s demeanor the entire time was patient, respectful of my questions and ultimately very helpful in my making the final decision. He was a delight to work with throughout the sale process, including carefully and patiently teaching me about the operating systems in the car. Finally, he made it clear I was welcome to come back, should I have any questions or experience any difficulty in the future. I love my car and the process of selecting it with Zack’s help couldn’t have been anymore delightful.
A little over a week ago, I connected with Chris Torres at Audi Natick over the phone, and from the start, he was professional, clear, and easy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, expecting a typical dealership experience.
When we arrived, the vehicle we had originally discussed was already sold, which could have easily turned into a frustrating situation. Instead, Chris Torres and Brian Lee (Sales Manager) completely turned things around.
They took ownership immediately, worked with us to find the right alternative, and handled the entire process with transparency, professionalism, and respect. There was no pressure, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no games. Just straightforward, honest communication.
What stood out most was how comfortable they made both me and my wife feel. In past car-buying experiences, once negotiations start, my wife usually checks out due to the stress. This time, she stayed engaged the entire time. That says everything about how smooth and respectful the process was.
I have been in the car business myself, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
Chris and Brian set a standard that more dealerships should strive for. If you are considering Audi Natick, you will be in excellent hands.
