  As the VP of a busy local moving company, our business has many variables that are all hinged upon each other. We pride ourselves on never cancelling on our clients that are depending on us, but no matter how well you plan, truck repairs can swiftly hinder the operations of a jam-packed schedule, and create stress for all. But now that we have a commercial account with Enterprise, we have reassurance in times like that! One of our very healthy interstate units unexpectedly needed immediate service today with tasks on the docket for the morning, and within two hours, our liaison Phyllis and her team of the N. Attleboro branch not only sourced a commercial box truck local enough to assign to us, but they were able to meet our driver at our repair shop to hand off the unit and remotely issue a professional and clear contract on site, getting him home seamlessly. Crisis averted, and smoothly at that! Thanks everyone, you've met your promises with actions!
