    Smooth, fast, last minute, friendly. How it should always be. Enterprise let's my spouse drive and in general, has never let me down. Even when there was a problem, which if you tent a lot, is going to happen, they've been great. Not the cheapest, but the best so far by a lot. Keep it up!

    I will not recommend this rental place to my worst enemy. Third bad experience with them. They reserve a car type, and then when you go to pick it up, they say they dont have it, and tries to give inferior line. Worst customer service even, and coming from the Manager, himself. Shows he is not willing to accommodate or help customers request. Do not go there!!

    Showed up to pick up a car and there were no cars available. 2 people there were pretty useless as far as helping. Not only that, enterprise confirmed the reservation so it held my insurance adder and wouldn’t release it until enterprise cancelled the reservation. I called enterprise and was on hold for 17 minutes and they picked up and hung up on me. Called back and explained I was just there and they had no cars available but since they did’t cancel the reservation, I couldn’t get my money back. He said ok, “I can cancel that for you” why didn’t they cancel it when I showed up and they told me they had nothing left?! Also, as of right now you can STILL book a car on Expedia AND the enterprise App. Why didn’t they call another agency and see if they had a vehicle? I would’ve driven there if that was an option. Overall they just didn’t care I think and from a customer service standpoint that’s terrible. I’m now stuck trying to find another car and they are all closing so I have no options.

    We rented a vehicle from the Enterprise location in Milford through an insurance claim. The car was returned on time, yet we were charged for an extra day because the branch claimed the vehicle was returned the following day. We contacted both the local branch and the corporate 800 number multiple times trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no one was willing to take responsibility or properly review the situation. The representative at the Milford branch refused to provide the manager’s name, and despite repeated requests, the manager was never available to speak with us. What is most concerning is not the amount of the extra charge, but the lack of honesty and accountability. When a customer disputes a charge and the business refuses to allow them to speak with a manager, it raises serious concerns about how issues are being handled. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise customers to be very careful when renting from this location. Keep detailed records, document the exact time you return the vehicle, and verify your final receipt carefully. If a dispute arises, you may find it very difficult to get anyone at this branch to address it.
