I have never stayed in my car for an oil change and I have to say the fact that I did stay in the car made me feel that the whole process was fast and for an anxious person like me that doesn’t like to go to dealerships anymore because they take your car and you’re sitting there for hours for an oil change and you have no idea what’s happening or are they even working on your car every time you ask it’s another 20 minutes another 30 minutes this made a whole lot of difference. The young man that helped me was Dan, and he was very courteous, very professional and polite. He showed me all the different recommendations and also asked me about the filter and my windshield wipers. He also suggested tire rotation. James made sure to show me the oil stick to show that it was showing full before I was all done. Dan also honored the coupon that I had gotten through Text Msg through Valvoline website. The whole experience was really pleasant. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back and bring our other car too.

It’s always fast and convenient, and with a coupon the value is typically pretty good (as opposed to waiting at a dealer or service station - so you pay a little extra to be able to sit in your car and leave in under 30min, but to me it’s worth it). The staff is always very friendly and I like the way they communicate throughout the process - it adds assurance and confidence that everything is being done correctly. They offer add-ons but have never once been pushy - if you say no thanks they quickly respect that. I always notice a lot of familiar faces, so it’s nice to see they are seemingly happy there and committed to their work. It’s nice the Milford location added tire rotations to all 3 bays a while back too (used to just be bay 3). Overall I really trust this location and the people there, and will continue to go there indefinitely with all my future cars.
