In addition to that I was new to this breathalyzer thing and I had a lock out occur the first week I had it. I panicked because I have children and Responsibilities, etc. By the grace of God, the owner made himself available for me on a Sunday morning to assist. Who does that? Nobody! I will absolutely be using them for other needs in the future simply because of this experience.
