    I was impress and highly satisfied renting a car from the Enterprise Milford location. Carlee & Ross were fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They were great to work with during a very trying time.

    Not a fan of Milford, MA location. It is a very small tight parking lot with very few vehicles and it is situated in a highly congested traffic area. Enterprise employee would have put us in a dirty stinky vehicle with missing wheel covers, if my husband didn't say something. The vehicle smelled like Marijuana. The windows were filthy and the car needed vacuuming badly. Just really disappointed 😞.
