  I've literally been on hold for two hours. Last time I was there everyone was very kind and helpful, though I was on hold for about 40min then as well. And it's all just to confirm a rental that would take 5min to pick up say hey yep you got it you're confirmed and hang up. What are folks who work multiple jobs supposed to do? Booking out hours to make a reservation, especially when their main vehicle is out of commission, is untenable.

  Yet another great experience at the Milford, Mass., Enterprise. Team members always attentive and accommodating. One of the best around.

  I just walked into the milford location to rent a car .....No one there , called twice and sat in the office and listened to my call ring . An x employee walked in , offered to help . When the guy in the back came out and said whats up ? I said I just called twice you were back there the whole time ? ! Said he was on a call in back . Hit me wrong Told em I was all set id go somewhere else

  Car couldn't handle the ice at all. Terrible never go to enterprise. People are being hurt in the streets cause of this.

  Front office very helpful. Car was tiny but great on gas
