  Multiple bad experiences, stripped all my girlfriend's tires bolts, unacceptable customer service and plain lies. Wouldn't go unless you're in a bad bind.

  This was my first time ever buying tires, and I visited four different shops—including two Sullivan Tire locations—to compare options. The difference in customer service was night and day. At every place, I mentioned it was my first time buying tires, and some shops were aloof or not very helpful. But both Sullivan Tire locations—in Melrose and on Route 1 in Saugus—were absolutely incredible. Geno in Saugus was super friendly, patient, and made me feel totally at ease. And Peter in Melrose was just as wonderful. I ended up choosing the Melrose location since it’s close to home and made drop-off easy during the workday, but honestly, both locations were outstanding. I also explored a few other well-known tire retailers and even looked into getting them directly through my dealership, and nothing came close to the level of customer service I received at Sullivan. On top of that, their pricing was the best out of everywhere I checked. There was really no question who to go with. The whole process was also incredibly smooth and quick. It took less than a week from ordering the tires to scheduling the appointment and having everything installed. They called me as soon as the car was ready, and when I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until later in the day, they were completely accommodating. It made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. I highly, highly recommend Sullivan Tire, and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I need tires. Exceptional service, fair prices, and genuinely kind people—can’t ask for more than that!

  Outstanding people. I had an unexpected flat, pulled in and asked for help. Frank had zero hesitation, helped me immediately and made sure it was a cost effective solution. While waiting the employees were kind and really lifted my spirits on a terrible day. I will use them for planned and unplanned help going forward. Thank you so much!

  What a truly unbelievable experience at this location. I brought our SUV here to get new tires before a road trip. I always use Sullivan tire because they are employee owned. I got a call an hour or so into dropping the car off- Peter informed me that my tires still had a fair amount of life in them. He was so unbelievably honest (: I was aware I could have kept them but I felt much more comfortable with new brand name tires, but the fact that he WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure I didn’t get taken advantage of meant EVERYTHING to me. 5 stars for service, speed, honesty and affordability. I could not recommend this place more highly.
