  I have used the Sullivan Tire shop in Melrose, MA at least three times and brought three different vehicles there for service in the past. Each time, they have provided me with nothing but, excellent, attentive, and thorough service. When I brought one of my vehicles there last year for wheel alignment, they accommodated me and did the service earlier than scheduled, so I could attend another appointment I had scheduled for the same day. Today, I brought my vehicle with a total flat tire. The dealer had told that the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced. I refused replacing the tire before having a second opinion from Sullivan Tire. My previous experiences with Sullivan Tire gives me the confidence to trust their opinion. They were able to fix the tire and return the car back to me in just a couple of hours. The Sullivan Tire Melrose crew is awesome and very professional. Mr. Todd Sanford and his crew are nothing but extremely professional and reliable. I’d definitely recommend Sullivan Tire for anyone in need of fast, and reliable service!

  The Sullivan team was excellent. I had brand new tires and one was punctured from a nail which I had plugged. However, there was still a leak so I brought in the car and the crew identified that the value was the issue and they fixed. However, the leak continued and I brought the jeep back in, without an appointment, and the team fixed the value again and didn't charge me. The leak continued and I brought back for a new tire and they found a piece of metal in the other rear tire. They replaced the tire, patched the leak in the other tire, and I was good to go. What impressed me most was the crew was clearly busy but were able to squeeze me in and get the job done same day so I was without a vehicle. I will use this location in the future for both of our cars.

  This was my first time ever buying tires, and I visited four different shops—including two Sullivan Tire locations—to compare options. The difference in customer service was night and day. At every place, I mentioned it was my first time buying tires, and some shops were aloof or not very helpful. But both Sullivan Tire locations—in Melrose and on Route 1 in Saugus—were absolutely incredible. Geno in Saugus was super friendly, patient, and made me feel totally at ease. And Peter in Melrose was just as wonderful. I ended up choosing the Melrose location since it’s close to home and made drop-off easy during the workday, but honestly, both locations were outstanding. I also explored a few other well-known tire retailers and even looked into getting them directly through my dealership, and nothing came close to the level of customer service I received at Sullivan. On top of that, their pricing was the best out of everywhere I checked. There was really no question who to go with. The whole process was also incredibly smooth and quick. It took less than a week from ordering the tires to scheduling the appointment and having everything installed. They called me as soon as the car was ready, and when I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until later in the day, they were completely accommodating. It made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. I highly, highly recommend Sullivan Tire, and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I need tires. Exceptional service, fair prices, and genuinely kind people—can’t ask for more than that!
