This staff on Mystic Avenue is absolute gold. As a local professional, I truly appreciate how seamless they make the rental process—I’m in and out in no time because they are so efficient and organized. The location is perfect for a quick pick-up or drop-off before heading to work nearby. Libby runs a fantastic ship, and the entire crew is friendly, professional, and consistently reliable. If you need a vehicle in Medford, this is the only place to go! 10/10—my go-to spot for a reason!

  Horrible customer service made me wait for an 30 mins for a car that me and my kids won’t even fit, I just left there and I’m very upset with this place . The reason why I needed it because my car it’s in the Body shop because of the car accident My insurance was paying for half of it, and I was paying for the other half
