  I needed to rent a car quickly, and this agency went out of their way to accommodate me, and this was on a day when they were swamped with requests due to a major winter storm. I was impressed with their efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond to get me behind a rental when I needed it! Recommend this agency.

  I had an excellent experience renting from the Enterprise location in Medford, MA. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the team made sure I was fully informed about the vehicle and rental process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Drop-off was just as easy and efficient. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable vehicles and top-notch service. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise Medford again
