Billy offered a $22 refund per their battery exchange policy, but I explained I needed to go to an auto shop to handle the replacement since GM’s smart engineering (that’s a joke) requires removal of a cross-brace bar, etc, in order to access the battery (another store had explained to me they only do simple battery swaps, not removal of vehicle components to access the battery...that seemed fair enough to me). Now, without me even asking, Billy says “let me give it a try since we had the tools on hand at the store”. Like, what? Who offers to do free extra work nowadays?? Exceptional customer service feels like a lost art these days, but I wanted to share with other folks looking for a great auto parts shop, GOOO see Billy & team in Medford! I can’t say anything more than I really appreciate you guys...you saved me time & money. Thank you!!
