  Ashley, Ju, and Andrew were amazing as always. Car always cleaned and ready to go. Plus the staff works hard to get you out as smooth as possible.

  I had an amazing experience with Ashley Siaba and her car rental service. From start to finish, Ashley was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. The vehicle was clean, reliable, and exactly as described, and the entire rental process was smooth and stress-free. She was very responsive, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality car rental experience. I will definitely be using her service again!

  I have mixed feelings of my experience at this enterprise. It is not total disappointment, but I am disappointed. My interactions with the staff was positive, with the exception of one person; Sydney. I was involved in a hit and run and I needed a rental for myself and my family. Claim JEK4072. The selection on the day of the rental was small. I ended up in a Chrysler Pacifica. Due to our injuries we did not initially use the rental much, but when we did start using it we noticed that we could not connect our phone to the car. We tried everything phone, device manager, and USB. Nothing worked. We figured the staff at the establishment may be able to help us with this issue. When we did make it in to have it checked out they were unable to get the phones connected. Instead asking what would be best for my family and I, they wanted to push us into a new rental. My wife and 4 month old baby (she was sleeping) were in the car, my car seat strapped in, and stroller packed, and it freezing outside. A discount for the inconvenience would have been better than a new rental where I would have to up root my family in the freezing cold, but they said they could not do anything unless we wanted a new rental. We chose to leave, but we left very disappointed!

  First time renting from this location and must say a bit disappointed. The minivan we got didn't allow to connect our phone via Bluetooth. My husband called to report the issue they told us several times to come in and someone would assist, we went in and the person that tried unfortunately wasn't able to solve this issue. We then went again, waited for an hour, just to have 2 other employees do the exact thing we'd already tried and explained to their co-workers. We'd already spent 3 weeks with this issue and did as they asked by coming in and they weren't able to fix it. Because of the inconvenience we'd requested maybe a discount since we only had a few more days with the car and unfortunately that request was denied. They suggested switching cars, but at this point for only 3 more days as opposed to 3 weeks I don't think was a fair exchange.
