Tried to ask if I could pay more for the upgrade and was denied, then was later offered a compact(which is considered the same class or below). The reason I needed the rental was because My personal car was in the shop and I needed something reliable to drive around in with my newborn. The reason I made this review is because the customer service could have been better and more transparent.
