  Clown Show ... with appologies to clowns since they are way more professional. Checked out reviews Looked good: Monday- called - great communication. Made an appointment. Got a electronic calendar invite. Talked to the technician about the issues with my boat. Got a text with confirmation of a time to come window on a Friday. Arranged my schedule around that appointment. Friday: No show for appointment. No calls. No return calls from them, no response to texts. Total ghost. Monday: I talked to Charlene (office manager I think) and she said they had an emergency with a long time client and couldnt make it. OK fair stuff happens. When is he coming this week? "I will talk to Mike and Jay." No return call. Finally a text back from Charlene saying "they are concerned about working on your boat, I asked Mike and Jay to call you". Now its Thursday - no follow up. If you didnt want to work on boat .... don't waste 10 days of my time and now I am back to square one. Communication. Completely unprofessional. Probably lying about the Friday emergency since they are not interested in my job. Which I probably dodged a bullet but like i said completely unprofessional Clown Show. Beware - this is the type of person that does not stand behind their word / work.

  I had an issue with my trim motors and started calling mobile mechanics using Google. Going down the list I was greeted with either with full voicemail boxes, no call backs, and even a “you’re not a preferred customer so I can’t tell you when I’ll get to you” text message. When I got to Preservati Marine on the list and called I left a message and was promptly called back. Chris immediately began working with me to have a technician out to troubleshoot. Within a few days a tech went out and diagnosed my issued two dead trim motors. Later that day Chris called and began working with me on scheduling the repair. They came, picked up my boat from the slip, loaded it on my trailer, hauled it, repaired it, cleaned it, and delivered it back to its slip within 3 days of picking it up. Payment was easy, logistics were so well handled. There were pictures every step of the way, and constant communication. The invoice was very clearly itemized with no questionable items and The phone never went unanswered. The person working on the boat spoke with you, not a service desk reading from a work order. They’ve been a joy to work with and gained another full service customer. This is what the cape needs, not folks who work out of their garage and have a “preferred customer” list and text back 3 weeks later keeping you in limbo just to tell a customer they don’t have room to do the job. One thing that Chris kept saying was “we want to get you in the water to enjoy the remainder of our short season” and Preservati did just that.

  After many years of using a marina to service my boat for spring launch and winterization, I needed an alternative since I bought a new boat with a trailer and wanted to keep it on my property. I was referred to Mike Preservati at Preservati Marine. He did a terrific job. He was responsive, informative, thorough and customer focused with his work. I would highly recommend Preservati Marine. He can perform a complete range of services.

  Mike provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The work done was top notch and Mike went above and beyond to get my boat ready for the season when I contacted him last minute. I would highly recommend him for any of your marine needs.
