I think the pricing could have been more upfront, so I would ask for an estimate up front so as not to be surprised. They are a great group and locally owned franchise.

Should've left immediately after the bad feeling came over me We have a brand new 2025 Nissan pro 4 Frontier pick up. We stay in the truck as I have a broken knee & 4 pomeranians. There seemed to be some chatter but I really didn't think much about it until I hear the words brand new & nissan. Now I'm TRYING to listen.... Below us is the mechanic to change the oil with an impact gun!?? Now the sound of the impact stripping a bolt... The truck has protective skid plates & obviously these people have NOT experienced this before!!!! In this case I would've rather SOMEONE said this is a first for us & give us the opportunity to LEAVE!!! Then to mash up our new truck that we take immaculate care of!!! I open my passanger side door & say something. Now all of a sudden we are finished.... Now we pay & pull out & my husband gets out & the outer skid plates passanger side bolts are loose!!! So we call them over....WOW!!! Obviously @ this point we no longer even want them anywhere near our truck so my husband tightened the bolts himself & yes stripped they are!! Did they actually do the oil change correctly,?? Will see when we take to Nissan!!! Asked for our money back..LMFAO!!! The mechanic wanted to fist fight my husband!!!! This Jiffy Lube is ATROCIOUS & should be freaking CLOSED!!!!
