  2 Stars – only because my car came back cleaner than it was before I went in. I had an appointment for 10 AM this morning and planned to sit and wait, since every other place I’ve been for a detail only takes a couple of hours. Instead, they told me to leave the car and come back “around close.” Why does a detail take nearly 9 hours when I had a scheduled appointment? I received no updates throughout the day. I finally went in at 5 PM to check on it because no one was calling me back—and they were JUST getting started on my car at that point. They were so disorganized that when I dropped it off, the woman wasn’t even ready for my keys. I had to remind her to take them. When I picked the car up after hours, they had left it in the middle of the parking lot, running, with the keys inside. Who leaves a customer’s car unattended like that? On top of that, the seats were soaking wet and the center console was sticky. Overall, the place is overpriced, unprofessional, and disorganized. Please don’t waste your time here.

  I brought my car to Top Shine for a full detail and I was very impressed! It looked brand new when I picked it up and it smelled soooo good! They were very professional and communication was great. I ended up bringing my husband’s car and one of my kid’s car there too, and I will definitely be back with mine again! Thank you Top Shine!

  these people must be at the beach or something ! had an appointment at 10 and called to let them know I would be late. Of course, no one answered so I left them a voicemail. I came here and nobody was around, I called again and again, went to voicemail. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

  Top shine has detailed 2 cars for me and the job was exceptional both times, inside and out. Great value, fast and easy to work with. It’s a little bit of a drive from where i live but totally worth it!

  Extremely Disappointed – Won’t Be Returning This was my third visit as a loyal customer, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and checked in on time. I was told the car would probably be ready by 4:30 PM due to a busy schedule. I received no updates throughout the day. At 4:39 PM, I called to check in and was told they had “no Mazda” in the lot. Confused and frustrated, I insisted they double-check. Only then did a rep find my car parked just steps from the entrance – the last available spot in the lot, and clearly visible. They admitted they “missed it” and offered to have it ready by the next morning. I declined, so they promised a 7:00 PM pickup instead. I accepted, hoping for a proper job. At 6:39 PM, they called to say it was ready – which suggests the full interior/exterior deep clean and polish I paid for was rushed through in just under two hours. I was also charged an extra $60 for dog hair – which I didn’t contest – but no goodwill was offered for the delay or the initial oversight. Even so, I wouldn’t be writing this review if the job was well done. But once I got home and checked under my garage lights, I saw the roof hadn’t been touched and there were no signs of polish. A half-hearted, careless job with no attention to detail. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and a complete disregard for customer loyalty. I won’t be back. Very disappointing.
