  Cheers babe. Thanks for the advice that gave me a busted timing belt. I know this place is right next to the triple a so like I expected that they might try to upsell me or something especially when they told me they wanted $200 to plug a car into the odb reader but they literally took all the oil out of my car and told me to drive it around the block and when that didn't work they reached into my car and fondled something and told me to drive it to a mechanic on Boston Post Rd to fix the timing belt. I waited two days bc that didn't sound right based on my research but then I thought "i should at least move the car out of their parking lot" and then I didn't even get it out of the parking lot before the engine bricked itself. Idk if that's what these inspection laws are about like if yall are giving people who have ugly cars the evil eye or something here or if that guy was just offended that I wasn't impressed when he told me he lives in Worcester like it's a reason I need to feel sorry for him.

  Every time I make an appointment online, it is always switched up to something else- usually something grossly inconvenient. I’ve also brought the car in for several things that I have had contradictory diagnosis for , But they’re scheduling is the worst; little pricey.

  Stopped by Sullivan Tire in Marlboro today because I ran out of windshield washer fluid and a few local places were completely out. They didn’t sell it separately, but the service team offered to top off my washer fluid for free anyway. Totally unexpected and genuinely appreciated. The staff didn’t have to do that, but it says a lot about how they treat people. Great customer service and a solid reminder of why local service centers matter. Highly recommend this team for vehicle service.

  I just called to have 4 tires mounted, balanced and an alignment done on my car. Idk how it's possible that you are $200 more than everywhere else. I can't even begin to imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by these huge tire companies. Perfect example to shop small local businesses.

  I prefer to buy my tires at Sullivan because the pricing is transparent- no hidden extras- and I am treated as well for a routine rotation as a major service. My spouse even likes to take the cars there because she can work comfortably in the waiting room. Big fan!
