    I just called to have 4 tires mounted, balanced and an alignment done on my car. Idk how it's possible that you are $200 more than everywhere else. I can't even begin to imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by these huge tire companies. Perfect example to shop small local businesses.

    I prefer to buy my tires at Sullivan because the pricing is transparent- no hidden extras- and I am treated as well for a routine rotation as a major service. My spouse even likes to take the cars there because she can work comfortably in the waiting room. Big fan!

    Another disappointing time here. Was my second time back, last time. Overbooked and cancelled my appointment first time for oil change. This time for an inspection, I called ahead, said they could do it in 5 1/2 hours I would leave it there. Not done when I came in, no apologies, doesn’t care about other people’s time. I’d go elsewhere.

    My car broke down but then I had a medical issue and was not able to pick up my car for over a month. They were so gracious in letting me keep my car there until I could get it picked up.

    Sullivan Tire completed my tire repair quickly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The tire was fixed properly and the people at Sullivan Tire in Marlborough MA are very nice, friendly, and polite. The waiting room is comfortable and has a huge TV to watch while waiting for the tire issue to be resolved. I really like that Sullivan Tire is honest with me and does not try to sell me what I do not need. I really appreciate that customer service. I plan to take all my tire needs business to Sullivan Tire in Marlborough MA.
