  They're just great, respectful, polite and accommodating. That's probably why they are so busy and I can't always rent from them, but when I can, there's just no comparison.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. My boyfriend had a reserved car and even called ahead of time to confirm that his temporary license would be accepted. He was explicitly told over the phone that everything was set and there would be no issues. When we arrived, we were suddenly told the temporary license would not be accepted and the reservation was denied. While we understood that the mix-up itself may not have been Megan’s fault, the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and repeatedly made it feel like the mistake was somehow our fault. At no point did she attempt to problem-solve or show empathy. This is now the second bad experience we’ve had with this specific Enterprise location. The lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the rental was arranged through a large business company. We couldn’t help but feel that we were treated differently or looked down upon, possibly because we didn’t “look” like typical business travelers. Overall, we felt disrespected and unfairly treated. I would absolutely recommend going to a different Enterprise location, even if it’s farther away, and would strongly advise avoiding interactions with Megan if possible. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning.

  Outstanding Service and Customer Care at Enterprise! I always rent from Enterprise, and the experience is exceptional from start to finish. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was well-organized, from the paperwork to the vehicle pickup, which saved me time and hassle. What impressed me most was their commitment to meeting customer needs. Even when the exact vehicle I requested wasn’t available locally, the team went above and beyond to find a solution and ensure I got what I needed. That level of effort and dedication truly sets Enterprise apart. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for a reliable rental experience backed by outstanding customer service. They genuinely care about their customers and make sure you leave satisfied every time!
