  Don’t use them … they wasted my entire Tuesday and didn’t fix my window. I called last week and got an at home appointment scheduled for today. An hour into my appointment window the called and told me I needed to bring it in. I brought it in. An hour later they called and said they had the wrong parts ….

  Service was great, Christian was on time, knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed after repair. Have used them before and will again should I need it.

  Unfortunately the day of appointment they didn’t have my glass ready. Which seems silly to not check stock or check ahead. The day of my second appointment it wasn’t scheduled til mid day but my reminder said the morning they wouldn’t take the car til mid day. Staff seemed overworked upset and maybe like they need more help.

  Had my rear windshield replaced. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the double sided tape was visible and exposed on both sides. When I opened the hatch door to the trunk, I could hear glass shards rattling around the inside. Then the spoiler that was removed was misaligned exposing a huge gap…. It was next to impossible to get someone on the phone so when I returned to store I , approached the staff to tell them what the issue was and said that they need to fix it. I was then approached by someone who looked at and said it looked fine…..It was not fine It was never like this. Everything I was pointing out to him was then met by him raising his voice at me. I asked why is he raising his voice to me and then he said “I can get loud if you want me to” He was very confrontational. I’m a paying customer. I was frustrated with the absolute abysmal job that was done. The person then said they would order new parts and will replace them. It was a a time-consuming, gas wasting inconvenience. To do a poor job then have m someone raise their voice at me for a poor job that they did, for a problem they caused was the cherry on top. My advice and what I should’ve done was to double check the work before leaving. This is a fair warning to anyone, please double check the work and don’t be afraid to speak up
