  Never answer the phone for help it’s about useless to call and dealing with the customer service department is horrible. Tried to say to rent a car for 1 week was going to cost me over $1000 but couldn’t get anyone from the store to answer or help

  Excellent experience with the car rental here. Did a short notice rental due to a car repair. Sean went out of his way to make sure everything went well, despite being a "one man band". I couldn't be happier with the experience.
