- ALapollo lllAug 13, 20251.0Enterprise Raynham MA, is weir I have been renting vehicles for many years, business/pleasure.my last experience 8/8/2025 was the most horrific to say the least, the management at this location is terrible, lack of communication, lack of honoring reserved vehicles, despicable customer service. My reservation was booked well in advance for a 7 passenger, confirmed over the phone 2 days prior to pick up, upon arrival there were NO vehicles available to accommodate the seats needed to pick up my family from the airport that afternoon, even though i was assured there would be during the confirmation phone call, No one called to let me know nothing was available, unfortunately I had no choice, i had to have 2 uber rides pick my family up at the airport rather than the plans i made in advance. STAY away from this location, it is now very poorly run, the manager is Brandon he is extremely rude, highly unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost!!
