  It genuinely takes a lot for me to even write a review like this. I’m not sure if it even matters at this point, but I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround over a $600 refund from an overcharge. The agreement with the manager was an additional $15 per day for the rental, not $30 per day, yet I was still billed incorrectly. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this. I called on March 4th and March 9th, stopped by in person on March 16th, and called again on March 24th. Each time, I was told it would be handled, but nothing has actually been resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that we’re not a small customer. Our company rents vehicles regularly through Enterprise’s corporate side, typically 3 to 5 cars a week. With that level of business, I would expect at least some level of follow through. I’ve spoken to multiple people at this location and continue to get the same runaround with no real resolution. I’ve tried to handle this the right way several times, but at this point I’m just at my wits end. Really disappointing experience overall.

  Incredible experience with this Enterprise branch. We had some snow slide off of our roof and wreck our car, leading to us to need to rent for over a month. The employees at this Enterprise were incredibly kind and helpful, and responded to all of our questions throughout the month (we had many!). Customer service like this is a rarity these days - this crew truly went above and beyond.
