Transaction was easy. Took the time to search for a car that fit my needs. I was able to get all of the key features I wanted. Financing was not complicated. No glitches at all once I found the car I wanted. Kelly took adequate time with us and we did not feel rushed

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Jeep, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brian (salesperson) and Alex (manager). From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brian was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—he really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Alex went above and beyond to make the numbers work and made sure I left feeling confident in my decision. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine care at a dealership. Highly recommend working with Brian and Alex if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

Absolutely unbelievable experience! For the first time in my life, I walked into a dealership and was blown away by the professionalism, honesty, and how smooth everything went. David D. and Cris C. were incredible from start to finish—no pressure, no games, just straight-up great service. They had me in and out in about 2.5 hours WITH a trade-in, and somehow got me into a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee—after another dealer told me there was no chance I could afford it! I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re even thinking about getting a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go here. These guys get it done the right way!

I visited this dealership while shopping for a vehicle and had a concerning experience. The pricing and financing structure that was presented to me did not seem transparent, and I felt a lot of pressure to move forward quickly without fully understanding the numbers. When I asked questions and took time to think, the approach became more insistent rather than supportive. I ultimately decided not to proceed because I did not feel comfortable with the deal. I would advise anyone visiting to take their time, review all numbers carefully, and compare financing options before making a decision.

Paying for a 85K multi point inspection and getting charged an additional $210 diagnostic fee is unfair in my opinion. It’s as if they’re holding my money hostage to ensure I return. Makes me not want to come back and get serviced there in the future. I understand paying for the time/service but my truck was in eye view and majority of the time my car wasn’t even being serviced. They were either working on other cars or eating. Half the time I was there, my truck hadn’t been moved from the waiting area. I know that because when they finally did bring it forward my bluetooth connected and I saw them start setting up. Makes me wonder why I even scheduled an appointment time. Almost immediately after checking in my service advisor, Joe Machado asked me if there’s anything I want to check out and I explained my worries. One of them was to service any recalls so when I originally received my receipt I asked if they did the recall and Joe took the receipt back to add that they did it. This was after I had already double checked if it was done in the middle of my service. One of my other concerns was that radio keeps turning off on its own. Joe informed me that they had found the issue and fixed it but on the receipt it clearly states “could not confirm perceived issue.” Making me believe these thing’s were never properly investigated. Now from my understanding the main difference from a MPI and a diagnostic is they find out WHY something is “broken” with specialized scanners. I may not be entirely correct but it’s as if the fee doesn’t involve any real evaluation. They then try to pressure you into expensive repairs and when I voiced I couldn’t afford this at the time Joe then began to be short and dismissive with me. I also needed some screws for my back speakers because they had fallen out on their own. After going to the parts department they kindly informed me that it was an easy fix and to just tell my service advisor. I did so but Joe must’ve forgot again. After finally informing the mechanics, he told me they took the screws from the opposite speaker and now they have two screws each instead of four each. I loved that. As a single mom, who had to miss a day of school this was extremely disappointing. Not only was there absolutely no option for a loaner vehicle because of high demand and extensive loaner car waitlist BUT it was yet another day of feeling like I’m just a woman being taken advantage of in a male dominated industry. I really wish there were more female mechanics hired at dealerships. Maybe even an option to have service done and pay in installments. Especially when the repairs are nearly $5,500. Additionally, there’s an expire quote, so does that mean I have only a month to decide to get repairs and if not my diagnostic fee won’t be credited? 😔
