    I waited 3 hours for a basic oil change and it wasn't busy at all. Also the tech came out and told me I needed a cabin filter, which cost me $70 for labor and the filter wasn't installed properly. My glove box wouldn't close. My husband had to dismantle the glove box and properly install the filter and reattach a hinge. Honestly I fell i should be reimbursed for the shoddy labor. Wouldn't recommend this service center to anyone.

    Purchased brand new 2025 Nissan pathfinder from them. Water entry on roof. Do not get these cars from them. They have been trying to resolve the issue multiple times still have not found a way to resolve the water entry first having to swap parts/sealers of the roofing system of the car and also saying that the drains were too dirty and clogged and we cleaned them and started keeping it garage kept and water still going in. Had to drop off my car again and this time no car rental even though I purchased a brand new car from them. With my 10 month son did not make anything easy getting back home…. Unfortunately they don’t seem to be able to resolve this issue.

    Multiple visits where charges were misrepresented. Last visit for oil change quoted at $79 (plus had $10 coupon). Was presented bill for $86. When pointed out missing coupon, changed bill to $76. When mentioned $79 quote (minus the $10) was told there were additional “shop charges”. The service manager stated this is normal practice, the quote is not really the final price. Many reviews have Kelly Nissan response “please reach out to us”. I sent comment on corporate website, got NO response. I would go elsewhere if there was another Nissan dealer on Northshore, unfortunately not😳

    After totaling my 2018 Nissan Murano, I set out shopping for a new car. I wanted something different. Visited Audi Toyota Acura Cadillac BMW and others. Last place was Kelly Nissan. Walked in not interested in driving one just wanted the lowest price. Met Abe, my salesman who forced me to look and drive the NEW Redesign Murano. Was specific on color White with light interior. The minute I sat in the car I felt I was in a different brand car. It was nothing like my 2018 Murano Platinum. From the dash to the trunk everything was different and BETTER! The Platinum I was in had such advanced technology my head was spinning! All the bells and whistles and much much more. From choosing my inside color lighting to my actual windshield window displays. No more looking over to see your directions or speed. It’s right in the windshield! NOW CAME THE HARD PART,the price. Abe gave me the price I wanted to pay. I wouldn’t go over my budget even by a dollar. All the other companies Platinum additions were well overpriced and no wiggle room. I’m the happiest new 2026 Murano platinum owner! Since it’s redesigned I feel I’m in a different suv, but it handles like my old Murano I loved! Thanks Abe for being a great compassionate salesman.     I will never again use this dealer! I had a 2023 nissan rogue sv and I absolutely loved it! So much that I wanted to finance it. When i went in to ask all my question and get information on the process I ended up being pressured into signing a brand new lease for a 2026 rogue s which is a HUGE downgrade from a 2023 in my opinion. I went over in my milage but I was fine because when I originally leased it I was told i wouldn't have to pay any fees for milage if I decided to finance. Then I get there and I'm told that i have to pay $4500 in milage fees regardless of what i do! And on top of that if I switch it to a finance i would need ANOTHER down payment and some how with owing $29000 in the longest loan possible my payments would some how go from $481 up to $822!!! Nothing they were saying to us made any sense. Every time I tried to leave they told me the price would go up if I kept driving the car. It's my fault mostly because I succumbed to the pressure but knowing now how they do business with feeding you lies and misinformation i would NEVER go back! I called 2 dealerships, including the 1 right next door to them, and was told everything they said to me was a lie and they were just trying to get my car and put me in another lease!! Now I'm stuck in another 3 yr lease with a car that I absolutely hate!!! Stay away from this dealership at all costs! Again I should've just stuck with my gut and said NO and just walked away with my car and did more research. But shame on them for taking advantage of their customers. I will for sure be going to another dealership the minute this lease is up!!!
