    I had a great experience at Kelly Honda, and I especially want to thank Bruno Aguilar for his excellent service. From the moment I walked in, Bruno was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure all my questions were answered without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision.     I used a car buying service to buy a new car, and got a great deal from Kelly! The whole purchase was completed over the phone and was promised I only needed to come in to sign the paperwork and drive away...Well, I made an appointment and ended up waiting 3.5hrs at the dealership and had to leave w my car not being inspected because I had an appointment elsewhere and they hadn't even gotten to it yet. After getting home with the car, I noticed a dent and scratch (really?!?) and made an appointment to get that fixed along with the inspection. I waited at the dealership another 3 hours for them to complete that work. They did fix the dent, but could not fix the scratch. What was supposed to a quick buying experience ended up being a wasteful and stressful 6.5 hours of waiting around. Not going back. Not buying another car from them. My time is more valuable. EDIT: (Lowered to 1 star) As you can see from the dealer's response they are not accepting any responsibly for the dent... How slippery can you get?...As if I got a dent in my tailgate by simply driving the car home 15 miles. It's also funny how it took them minutes to respond to this review but 6.5hrs to get to my car! Based on their response I would not trust this dealership!

    I recently purchased a brand new Honda Passport 2026, and after only one week, I discovered a long crack on the windshield. This situation is very concerning, as a new vehicle should not develop such an issue so quickly. When I brought the car to the dealership, I was told to contact my insurance company instead of receiving a proper inspection. I find this response unreasonable, especially considering how new the vehicle is. I believe the dealership should first determine whether this could be a manufacturing or installation defect. I asked to speak with a manager, but the experience became even more disappointing. The manager was rude and dismissive. He told me, “I don’t care if you just bought the car one day ago; it is your insurance’s responsibility.” This attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive proper support, especially when purchasing a brand new vehicle. I am very disappointed with both the handling of my issue and the way I was treated. I hope that no other customers will have to experience such poor service. I am requesting a proper inspection of my vehicle and a more professional response to this situation.
