  I’ve been taking my Honda Civic to Sullivan Tire in Lynn for about three years now, and I’ve consistently had great experiences. The staff is always professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do their best to get your car in and out in a timely manner without ever making you feel rushed. I really appreciate their transparency with pricing and the fact that they proactively provide coupons when available. I never feel upsold or pressured—just informed and respected as a customer. I trust my car with them completely and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service.

  Can't say enough good things about these guys. Service has really stepped up over the last couple years. Went in for a simple tire repair, the store managers Dakota, and Juan were overly receptive and friendly. They discovered extra things with my wheel and remedied it, and didn't even charge extra! Must've been one of those joyful days I guess.
