Kelly Honda has been my go-to dealership since I leased my first vehicle, and I am now on my 5th lease with them. During COVID, I unfortunately had to go through Herb Chambers Honda of Boston because Kelly did not have the vehicle I was looking for, and it was the worst experience I have ever had in the car and customer service industry. It left me with immense distrust in the industry (and I worked in insurance for over 8 years, so that says a lot).
From that moment on, I knew that when my lease ended, returning to Kelly Honda was a must and they did not disappoint. In September 2025, the time came to change my lease, and although just thinking about stepping into a dealership brought anxiety after my previous experience, I walked into Kelly Honda confident they would take care of me as they had with my prior leases.
I was greeted by Khalil McCarthy, who took the time to show me multiple models I had in mind with patience, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. After some negotiation, I was introduced to sales manager Kyle Milan, who is truly one of the best managers I’ve worked with. He immediately recognized that I was experienced with leasing and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and valued throughout the process.
I had my heart set on a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring, which had just been released at the time and was extremely limited in Massachusetts, especially in the Sand Dune Pearl color I wanted. Without hesitation, Kyle worked to locate the exact vehicle out of state and made sure it was secured. Then Kahlil personally drove to Maine to pick up my new car. Together, they made the entire experience smooth, timely, and completely stress-free.
I also want to recognize Ryn Benson for his support throughout the signing process, as well as for handling the registration and ensuring that a previous agreement was fully honored. He kept his word regarding a special order of the Honda “H” emblem we had discussed with the team and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. His attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine care- qualities that are rare in this industry.
After a very negative experience elsewhere, Kelly Honda fully restored my trust. This is exactly how car leasing should feel: respectful, honest, and customer-focused. I will absolutely continue to return for future leases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts the customer first and have honesty at their core!
Thank you Khalil, Kyle, Ryn, and the entire Kelly Honda family for making my dream a reality and for making this whole process so easy. There truly is a reason behind their slogan, “We make it easy.”
Just got the best deal on a certified pre owned Honda Passport. Have to say their customer service is what brought me back. The salesperson (Juan) very nice, no B/S he didn’t try to push me to buy new or out of my price range, gave me all the options and information I needed to make my decisions. Also in the past their maintenance department was well run, not that I needed it for much. Unlike my last car/dealership. I highly recommend Kelly Honda in Lynn

Experiencia totalmente negativa. Desde que compré mi carro hace año y medio he tenido problemas constantes que el dealer no ha resuelto.
A la semana de comprarlo falló la batería aunque dijeron que era nueva. La cambiaron, volvió a fallar y siempre me dicen que lo que aparece en el tablero es “normal”, pero el problema continúa.
Cada visita implica horas de espera y nuevos cargos. Fui únicamente para la inspección estatal y me aseguraron que si el problema era la batería no tendría costo. Firmé la autorización bajo esa condición. Después de 3 horas me cobraron $199 por un diagnóstico que no autoricé pagar y me cotizaron $885 por cables.
Fui por un servicio de $35 y terminé con cargos inesperados y presión para reparaciones costosas. Me siento engañada por la falta de transparencia y la mala comunicación. No recomiendo este lugar.Al inicio cuando vas a este lugar todo es muy bonito todo es muy bien explicado pero unas ves q sales d hay con el carro empiezan las malas experiencias d todo te topas muchos problemas con el carro cada bes q le vas hacer lo q el carro necesita siempre sale algo nuevo y terminas pagando mas d lo esperado sino te topas con muy mal servicio también con horas perdidas es inexplicable la mala experiencia q yo he tenido despues q compre mi carro y sali d hay cada bes q voy por un cambio d aceite salgo d hay muy decepcionada porq al carro le apareció un problema nuevo luego me topo con q al mes tengo q regresar porq el aceite q le echan no se si es agua o q no lo cambian no se todos los meces es un cambio d aceite una problema nuevo con algo q hay q arreglar y son 200 a mas q tengo q pagar no he tenido un dia d descanso d ir y hacerle el servicio normal q lleva el carro y q no le aparezca un problema nuevo estoy pero demasiado decepcionada es una incomodidad cada bes q boy a ese diler no lo recomiendo pero para nada como dije al inicio uf todo es una maravilla el trato y demas pero luego q sales d hay ja hay empiezan los problemas con el carro q supuestamente te lo venden y esta en muy buen estado con todas las piezas buenas y sin contar q si eres primerizo y con un crédito nuevo te venden el carro en una millonada d dinero y sales pagando mas d lo q tenias pensado aparte d q si le pones un seguro d por vida q según ellos es muy bueno porq cualquier pieza q necesite nueva el carro eso lo cubre ni se diga lo q te quieren cobrar por eso imagínate es demasiado.A mi el q me pregunte donde compré mi carro le recomendaría q fuera a otro lado menos a este aqui me he sentido completamente mal y sin contar q me siento muy pero q muy estafada a la persona q lea esto busquen otro diler miren vien las opiniones d las personas despues d una venta porq si se llevan por esos comentarios lindos q ponen hasta yo lo puse al inicio porq pensé q el trato era siempre asi y no pensé q me sentiría tan estafada como me estoy sintiendo en estos momentos no recomiendo ni recomendaría nunca este diler.

Terrible service center. I brought my civic here last winter due to a bizarre issue where whenever the foot heater was on, it would heat up the center console and cup holder. It took 2 visits for them to originally resolve the issue. At the first visit they kept saying that the heating was working, and I don’t think they ever even looked in the car or believed me that something was wrong. I brought the car back again, making sure to show a technician how hot the cup holders got before I left (it melted a plastic water bottle). They fixed it that day.
This winter, the same issue happened but unfortunately my car was out of warranty at this point. The lead technician I spoke with said I would need to pay a diagnostic fee to figure out what was wrong ($189). I said we know what is wrong because the same thing was happening, and he said in a very patronizing tone, “just because the symptom is the same, doesn’t mean the problem is the same.” I wanted to escalate to a manager, who needed reminders to actually call me back, but eventually called me back 2 weeks later.
At this point, no help was needed because after watching 2 minutes of a YouTube video, we were able to figure out how to open the center console and fix the issue ourselves. I wouldn’t trust a thing anyone says here.

I had a wonderful experience at Kelly Honda. Cesar helped me find the car I wanted and got the payments for it down to my price range. Ryn was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as Cesar. I had been looking for a car for over a month because mine was totaled the week before Christmas. I dealt with several dealerships before that. I walked in to Kelly Honda without an appointment and found my car that day, drove it home the very next day. Fastest service ever. Thank you guys for helping me find my dream car!!! Much appreciated & I highly recommend Kelly Honda.
