    Poor Experience and Lack of Communication I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately had a very poor experience. I was asked twice for a credit card or signature to show good faith I was serious about the offer, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I also traded in my old car and gave them my keys for evaluation, but they kept my keys for over an hour without explanation until I asked for them back. Communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. The deal included registration and state inspection in total price, yet I was never informed when these were completed. Five days after closing the deal, I drove an hour to pick up the car only to be told the registration wasn’t done because they needed to verify the check—even though I had already provided a down payment. They simply moved the plates from my old car to the new one and sent me home without proper legal registration. Later, I discovered the state inspection sticker was missing, and no one communicated that I had to handle it myself despite it being included in the total price. There was no apology or accountability from Kahlil, the sales consultant, or Kyle, the manager. When I asked twice about the return process due to all these issues, I was never given any information. This experience was unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend improving transparency, communication, and customer service.

    I recently visited Kelly Honda 12/10/25 @10:00AM for appointment at 540 Lynnway, Route 1A, Lynn, MA for an oil change. This is my second time this situation happened with my hood rod. And unfortunately, first I noticed the price for the oil change had increased significantly compared to just a month or two ago, which seemed unusual. When I asked about it, a staff member simply said the price had gone up, without much explanation. More importantly, after the service, I heard rattling noises coming from my car that were not there before. Upon checking, I found that the hood support rod was not placed correctly—it was positioned underneath something and was touching my BELT. And the hood support rod is bent and loose. This is the second time this has happened after service, and I had already driven for hours before noticing the issue. I am concerned about potential damage this could have caused. I was told the technicians are certified, but this repeated mistake makes me question the quality of their work. Additionally, I have visited this service center multiple times and have never received any email promotions or discounts, despite being told I was signed up for them. When I ask questions, staff often seem unsure and direct me to others, which adds to my frustration. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and attention to detail at Kelly Honda. I expect better professionalism and care, especially when dealing with routine maintenance like an oil change. Also when your car is done being serviced they drive your vehicles like they are there own cars flying in a dealership lot which is fine your stupidity is on you but I don’t find it respectful to me because I do not treat my own vehicle like that I take care of mine and very much maintained.
