This location is extremely disappointing. The front desk employee I dealt with today was sullen and rude—so much so that another customer was in the middle of complaining about him to a different employee as I was leaving.
I came in for a new tire. When I picked up my car, I asked if all the tire pressures had been checked and was told they had, since it’s “part of the service.” Yet when I got in and checked the sensor information, all the pressures were off. They should have been set to 35 PSI: the new tire was at 37, the others were 31, 32, and 33. Clearly, it wasn’t done. Running a brand-new tire at the wrong pressure can cause damage, and now I’m left wondering if the balancing was even completed—though the paperwork says it was.
On top of that, the hygiene of the front desk employee was concerning. He was constantly touching his nose and then handling paperwork, keys, and other items without sanitizing his hands. It was unprofessional and off-putting.
This kind of careless work and dismissive customer service makes it hard to trust anything done here. Goodyear, you need to do better. Hire people who actually care about the job, not just the bare minimum.
