This location is extremely disappointing. The front desk employee I dealt with today was sullen and rude—so much so that another customer was in the middle of complaining about him to a different employee as I was leaving.
I came in for a new tire. When I picked up my car, I asked if all the tire pressures had been checked and was told they had, since it’s “part of the service.” Yet when I got in and checked the sensor information, all the pressures were off. They should have been set to 35 PSI: the new tire was at 37, the others were 31, 32, and 33. Clearly, it wasn’t done. Running a brand-new tire at the wrong pressure can cause damage, and now I’m left wondering if the balancing was even completed—though the paperwork says it was.
On top of that, the hygiene of the front desk employee was concerning. He was constantly touching his nose and then handling paperwork, keys, and other items without sanitizing his hands. It was unprofessional and off-putting.
This kind of careless work and dismissive customer service makes it hard to trust anything done here. Goodyear, you need to do better. Hire people who actually care about the job, not just the bare minimum.

Stopped in with an awful noise sounding like it was coming from my tire. Took my car right in and within 10 minutes figured out the problem and fixed it. Reuben was so nice and helpful they could of told me it was a much bigger problem but didn’t l. I am so grateful for him and the techs. I would go back in a minute for any repairs

I had to have my car towed and sent it to this Goodyear in Lynn. It was a fantastic experience from my initial phone call about towing my car to their lot to picking up my car after the repair. I interacted with quite a few people, including Aaron, Mike, Reuben, Phil, and John. All were very professional, proactive with communication, and helpful. They went above and beyond - even driving to Medford themselves to pick up a part for my car - to make sure I could get my car back as soon as possible. I wish all shops were this great to work with. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience here. I went in for an oil change and I had to wait 3 plus hours while the staff seemed like they were horsing around and there was literally no other cars in there. I was told it would be less than an hour and kept having to get there attention to remember me. I had asked for them to change my wipers as well, which I received a " no problem". The staff was nice I might add. When the oil change was done the attendant said he didn't have my wipers in stock, i thought that was odd but needed to go. I told him I have to go and then they said 'OK you're car is ready'. A half mile down the road I decided to wipe my windshield and when i turned on the wipers the wipers scratched my windshield because the attendants did not reattach my wipers. When i returned madder than heck I noticed they had bent my old ones and thrown them away. The manager heard me bitching and came out to see what I was complaining about and said " Oh we have those wipers". I got the wipers but a busted windshield. Good luck if you go here!
