My car knowledge is zero, so even small issues tend to stress me out, but everyone in the store was informative, friendly, and welcoming. Nelson overheard and came right over to help me install the back light that I purchased. He was quick, efficient, and informative, explaining what he was doing as he did it so I could learn. At the end I even offered him a few bucks for the help and he declined, saying he was just happy to do his job and know that I was satisfied with the service. Give that man a raise. Great place.

- DBDorothy BurkeNov 1, 20255.0Berto didn’t ring me up, but he did over hear and was able to provide additional advise about checking my warranty for my battery (it wasn’t) and then installed my new battery for me. I deeply appreciated his willingness to get the job done. AutoZone should provide some lighting like a head lamp so he could see what he was doing better hands free. Berto said he was only part time, but give this guy a good year end bonus, he went above and beyond and set a good example for the rest of his coworkers.
