And safelite calls a half hour before showing up and let's you know. Just in case. Never know when someone may ask you for a ride to the zoo. Or whatever (Ive never been asked for a ride to the zoo). There are amazing upgrades or maybe its magic, how they can take off and put back on an inspection sticker and a parking sticker and a remote starter. As if it was never even taken off. The only way I knew there was a new windshield is because mine was so dirty and after I could actually see out of it. Not gunk left behind (that's happened to me a long time ago with another windshield replacement, gunk everywhere). It was the easiest thing ive had to do that week. And I didnt even expect to have a rock come from nowhere and turn a ding into a 7 inch line heading right for the driver side sight. Donald was kind, friendly, called ½ hour before coming and he did such a great job. Very professional. Highly recommend. If you dont have insurance for glass, they even have payment plans where you pay $0 now and they are the best!! I even got my new sticker 2 days later.
