- JDJohn DuquetteApr 10, 20261.0Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would have. I picked a set of four tires that fit my car. The quote given was around $500 all in. So I booked the appointment for same day which usually is awesome but then I arrived & was told the workers were sent home for the day. Then I was told I could have them swapped out the next day. I came in at the time they gave me only to be told that the tires weren’t in stock but if I came back later they could have them ready. Lastly they did a bait & switch then told me the new price for everything all in would be $850 for everything which should have already been disclosed already because I wouldn’t have wasted my time. The management team is horrible and not customer friendly. 👎👎💩

Just from the interaction with her I will not be going here anymore. I'm just asking for a service there's no need to be rude. I recommend you go elsewhere for your tire services. I see complaints about this same employee going back 2 years. Seems there have been no improvements with customer service.
- NNN.RApr 2, 20265.0Very professional. Helped me out last year to get a full set of new tires for my wifes car, and over a year later one of them got a screw in the sidewall. Not repairable, they had one in stock and still under warranty so only had to pay half price. Comes with a full new warranty too. The woman at the front is very respectful and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend
