Before disconnecting with him, he told me to please hold an order for the manager to talk to me. The manager picked up the phone and greeted me very nicely. Then he asked me why I was calling. I was a bit confused because I just explained what I needed done as as well as confirm confirming the appointment. He then guessed my name which of course was wrong and I asked him if he knew what I needed and if not, why. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the call Center and he had no idea why I was calling. I explained to him that there should be no reason why I should explain myself again in that there shouldn’t be a cold handoff. He proceeded to tell me that he was sorry and that he had no control over that. I disagreed and told them to cancel my appointment. I am just gonna go somewhere else if I have to explain myself again

She seemed like she doesn’t like Her job and was clearly avoiding helping me with my tire. Refused to help me put on my spare and then would not let me change it in the parking lot and told me to take it off the property I had to change it on the side the busy street . I was not rude I was not using a tone I was looking for help during a bad situation . My family will take our vehicles elsewhere and I would advise anyone from going to tire warehouse . They don’t care .
