- OAO AlexandraDec 31, 20251.0Scammers! AVOID! Suspicious vibes all around. After I left Monro auto services and tire in Lowell, MA to get a battery replaced elsewhere, my car tire light went on. Supposedly they had put air in my tires which I asked them too, along with an oil change. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will update. The energy feels really off, dishonest and unprofessional. Thank god I didn’t get anything else done there like brakes or the battery which they didn’t have and were supposed to according to their inventory…hmmm…. I do not recommend anyone to go there even in a desperate situation! Please don’t go there or even consider the thought. When I arrived all the young guys n older ones started laughing with each other. You can tell when someone’s talking bout you… It was weird and very unprofessional. Customer service nonexistent. Maybe other Monro tire places are ok but this one in Lowell, MA needs to either change ownership etc or be closed down permanently. If a business place you’ve been to only twice (the first time a couple years ago) can make you regret right away of bringing your car in to them then that says everything about who they are and what they represent which is Nothing. I was dumb. Them being open till 7 pm while better places usually close at 5 is not a perk. Avoid at all costs. AVOID!!!!

The new part was not made specifically for my car, and my exhaust system was missing one of the four catalytic converters. So the crew had to spot weld then adjust it then fully weld it. They were able to fit it perfectly with the new converter. Very good work.
