    the guy name licolas he sold the part it doesn't fit he can't accept return i don't know why this location in lowell middlesex street do not accept return

    they sold me the wrong part and they told me it would fit (they trusted the computer) but when I look under the hood, the part they gave me is completely different from the part that is already there but broken. I'd expect professional employees to know when to trust the computer and when it's necessary to double check what the computer says against what's under the hood.

    I walked into store 5412 and was immediately greeted by death stares by a mid age 30 year old and a taller man mid 40’s I called about a part prior to driving and hour and was told it was there I was then checking out with wipers I asked if they could check one more time and was immediately told to get out with and attitude and don’t come back will never go back and don’t suggest going to this store very understaffed and ruin
