I test drove a new Mazda CX30 with no plans to rush into buying that day, but the deal I received was too good to wait. Joe, our salesman knew the features and benefits of the models to help me decide and I appreciated the 40 minutes he spent with me when I picked the car up helping me pair my 2 phones to the car and walking me through all the controls! Keith the finance manager was also very helpful, honest and straightforward with extended warranty choices. They made all the parts that people hate about buying a car painless and easy!

Mazda 495 Tewksbury location the service is awful bot helpful. Took my car for service there they asked $250 just to look at the car. Even tho i paid for service still asking me for extra $250 just to look at it forget getttin it fixed. Dont buy mazda their services sucks also there car.

I brought it in for a diagnosis to see why my car kept failing inspection along with other things I asked them to check. They didn’t really check the other things until I had to explain it again. Come to find out when I first called to book the appt and gave my description, that part wasn’t in the report. They didn’t give me any answers for my problem. Basically told me that they couldn’t replicate the problem and said it would cost over 5k to fix the car and more problems popped up while trying to assess the problem, so it’s just not worth it. Didn’t want to or try to help me with a trade in deal. So I got my car back with more problems than when I dropped it off. Some of the employees there were nice and some weren’t as nice. I just feel like I wasn’t taken care of as much as I expected from this dealership. I will probably be going to another dealership next time.
