Scheduled my first oil change by text, showed up at appointed time and was in and out within 30 minutes of arriving. They even washed my truck. Thank you all at the service department at 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Excellent job.

Here is my advice: do not purchase any hybrid or plug-in vehicle until Jeep has resolved this fire-related recall! “And most importantly, do not buy from this dealership!”
In February 2025, I leased my Jeep Wrangler 4xe plug-in hybrid from this dealership and had an excellent experience at the time, especially with the General Manager, who was attentive and professional.
However, one year later, I returned to address an official recall related to the high-voltage battery — a recall associated with a fire risk, widely publicized, involving reports of vehicles of the same model spontaneously catching fire according to public information.
Since then, I have scheduled service multiple times. Each time, I receive a call one day prior informing me that only a software update will be performed and that, if it does not resolve the issue, the vehicle may become undrivable and could remain out of service for up to 60 days due to the lack of a replacement battery.
Even though this is a safety recall involving a potential fire risk, and even though I am under a lease contract and depend exclusively on this vehicle, the possibility of a loaner vehicle has been denied should my car become unavailable.
Recently, I received a message from the dealership stating that the necessary parts were available and that I should schedule service as soon as possible. I scheduled the appointment, but once again, one day before the visit, I was informed that no battery was available and that the vehicle could remain inoperable for up to two months.
On February 14, I personally went to the dealership. When I requested a solution in case the vehicle became unusable due to the recall, I was advised by the same General Manager to rent a car at my own expense. When I questioned this situation, he told me to “seek my legal rights” and stated that Jeep has a legal team prepared.
At this time, the recall remains unresolved, with no concrete timeline for a definitive repair. I continue making regular lease payments while facing the possibility of being without a vehicle for an extended period due to a manufacturer-recognized safety issue.
My initial experience was very positive, but the handling of this specific situation — involving a safety recall related to fire risk — has been deeply distressing and exhausting, as I feel completely unsupported by the dealership.

Very disappointed with this dealership’s service department.
Last week I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. I bought the car with an extended warranty. They supposedly performed a “software update,” the light turned off, and I was charged $100.
This week the check engine light came back on. I had to bring the car back, and it stayed there for three days. This time they replaced components and charged me the $250 deductible under my warranty. I agreed to pay the deductible — that’s part of the contract.
What I don’t agree with is the $100 from the first visit. The service advisor claimed the two issues were completely different and even told me he “saved me money” because I paid $100 instead of the $250 deductible the first time. When I asked if he was absolutely sure these were different problems, he said yes.
So I told him that if my car is having different problems every single week, then it must be a piece of junk — and he actually agreed with me.
Either the first diagnosis was incomplete, or I was charged unnecessarily. Either way, this is not professional service. Very frustrating experience.

I was hearing and feeling a lot of vibrations coming from the front end of my 2018 Ram 1500. I had an idea that it was the left side wheel bearing. I call and scheduled an appointment. It was great that they were able to get me in within a few days. I brought my truck in the day of my appointment and I worked with a service rep named Liane Otero. Liane was Awesome! She checked my warranty and called me within an hour to let me know what was going on with my truck. Liane shared with me some of the other service related concerns that the tech mentioned to her. I really appreciated the follow up calls and gave Liane permission to perform the extra work. If it was not for Liane's customer service I might of not had the extra work down. 2 thumbs up for service and would definitely return for any service related concern I have.
Thank you

I always had a good experience with this dealership. On this visit to the service shop, unfortunately, the service manager, Ray, made a terrible experience for me as I gave him plenty of chances to correct it, but he was just stuck on an ego trip. I dropped the truck off to do a Safty recall and said if there was anything else under warranty please fix it, they wanted to charge me $299 for a safety check on a 2022 Ram Truck that from the time that i dropped it off before i got home on a 30 min drive he called me and said it was all set to pick up. You be the judge. He said even when we look at the owner's vehicle, he gets a bill. And when I told him I didn't ask you to diagnose anything, just if there is something else wrong under warranty, you have my permission to do it. He said ok dont't pay, and never come back here.
SO RuDe. Shame on you, little Ray and Big Ray.
