- JNJackie NApr 10, 20261.0Had the third appt for the same issue leak in oil pan on my 2022 JEEP TRAILHAWK appt was Tuesday finally called them today - Friday to see when I could get my car and they hadn't even looked at it - never changed the pan like they said the second visit only knew that because my husband got under it to try and see what was going on They didn't even try to make it right WORST EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE CENTER EVER if I could give negative stars they'd get a sky full 🙃

Bill and Mike have been great, however, some members of the service team are unprofessional. I have never seen customers treated this way before. This could damage your reputation. I have a plan to purchase a new pickup truck this November, so I need to rethink it.

I’ve reached out to the dealership to resolve this, but so far have not received a satisfactory response. I’m sharing this so others verify key specifications independently when purchasing.
