But when my daughter commented on the smell the following day, I was genuinely unable to use the vehicle for several days of my weekend rental. The rental was intended to replace my main transportation while it was in the shop, but I managed to return the car a bit early. They were not open over the weekend so I did reach out to customer support. They stated that they would make a note and have the local branch manager call me on Monday. I did not receive a call so I called them. When I requested a refund, they seem surprised/unaware. Only a small portion was returned. I have to say I was very disappointed overall.

Also, the associate could have cared less and pretty much said “this is all I have”. Sorry, not good enough. Don’t claim to have an abundance of cars when you don’t. Very frustrating. Probably won’t go back to the Lexington site again.
