  I advice everyone that comes here to ask for receipt and make sure drain plugs and all oil changes are done accurately. Keep names of everyone who touches your vehicle here, they are not professionals. They will destroy your vehicle they will take accountability and then back up and say its your fault or elsewhere fault. If you can take your car to other places do so avoid this company at all cost specially in Leominster my experience, Hudson location another client complains the same. Keep all records guys.what ever they advice you to change double check with another company as you can see they will tell you things that you dont need. Corporate cust service wont assist you either they will back them up even though they admit they’re wrong. At your own risk go to this place.

  Their $49 oil change is a scam, the $49 is for the oil only they charge you extra depending on the type of filter your car uses. I’ve been to several different spots to have my oil changed and I have never been charged separate for the type of oil filter my car uses.

  Not the best experience I’ve had for an oil change at this location. I had been in earlier in the week with my own vehicle and decided to take my wife’s vehicle in for the same service. I had no issues with my services on Monday but when I went back on Wednesday all of the services that were supposed to be done were not completed. The oil change was done, however oil hand prints were left all over the hood and spilt oil in the engine compartment. I was also told that they had ran out of windshield washer fluid, after it was checked off and said that all fluids were topped off and my reservoir was completely empty. I also don’t believe they checked the tire pressure on the vehicle. Was not 100% happy with my service but hopefully it was just an off day for the techs. I do plan to be back but I hope the service is better.

  I have been coming to this Valvoline in Leominster for a while now. I come back because of course they are quick but also because the crew is ALWAYS top notch. They are friendly, explain what is being done and offer suggestions of other services without pressure selling. The prices are very fair and comparable to other places.

  I went to Valvoline for an oil change and the service itself was done quickly and efficiently. However, I felt like there was a strong push to upsell additional services throughout the visit. While I understand offering recommendations, it felt a bit excessive and uncomfortable. When I declined the extra services, the attitude changed noticeably, which affected the overall experience. The basic service was fine, but the customer interaction could definitely be improved.
