    Overall ok. I asked for SUV and i was there by the afternoon. They were great in answering my quesations and getting me on my way. I had the car a month and was called a bunch of times to see how long I would have it. My autobody person and enterprise were in contact daily. I don't feel it was necessary to keep calling him every day. I didn't like the way my debit card kept getting charged with no invoice of the charges each week. I even went down to the store to find out why reasons I was being charged. This was a HUGE downfall and aggravation for me. I would probably rent again but I want a weekly invoice as to why I am being charged. When I asked they told me it will be on my overall bill.

    I recently made a reservation on February 12th for April vacation for a 12-passenger van, which is needed for the group traveling with me to the Outer Banks. I reserved it with the local branch manager via email. Today is April 9th, and I received a call from the Leominster branch saying they can’t honor the rental because they have customers who booked in November and December before me. Wouldn’t you think that when I made the reservation, they would have seen this and told me they had no availability? Now, just a week before a school vacation—when everything is sold out—the manager from the local branch says there’s nothing they can do and that “this happens.” She also mentioned that the person who made my reservation no longer works there, as if that’s supposed to matter. I called the Enterprise national number, and they didn’t even have my information in the system for that week, which suggests the Leominster branch was taking reservations without entering them into the Enterprise system. This is a horrible way to do business and shows a complete lack of concern for customers’ plans, even when reservations are made months in advance. Last year, people were at the counter yelling because of a similar overbooking issue—which is exactly why I made sure to book early this time.

    I use rentals for business trips. I have been renting here in Leominster several years. Over the past year or so they have gone completely down hill. Every time I rent they never have the car requested. Always trying to put you in a smaller older car without todays technology. Also, found out today you can no longer leave a vehicle while you are gone. Terrible service and not helpful at all. Will look for alternate rental companies.

    Over the past month, I have paid over $2,000 in rental fees. Throughout this time, I was repeatedly assured that if any issues arose with my vehicle, I would be able to exchange it without difficulty. Recently, I experienced an issue with the vehicle (a flat tire), and the car was sent to a service location. I personally spoke with the service manager there, who informed me that no one from Enterprise had reached out to confirm receipt of the vehicle. While at your branch, I provided Melissa with the service manager on the phone, and they directly confirmed that the vehicle was in fact there. Despite this verification, Melissa refused to process a vehicle exchange. At that point, I was understandably frustrated. However, her response was completely unacceptable. She stated verbatim: “Since you’re so unhappy with me, I’m not doing anything for you,” and refused to assist me further.

    The branch manager at this location, Taylor C, provided an awesome customer experience. We originally rented our vehicle from through National at Logan Airport, but unfortunately the car had a flat tire. Trying to switch the vehicle through National’s mainline was a complete headache. Once we were in touch with Taylor, she completely turned the situation around. She listened, took ownership, and in less than two hours had an upgraded vehicle delivered directly to us! A+ for Taylor!
