  This was my first time using Sullivan Tire in Leominster, and I was really impressed. The price was comparable to other shops, but the service stood out—friendly, professional, and quick. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be going back for future service.

  Always great service at Sullivan. They are honest and informative. My car is getting close to 100k miles and I’m new at what needs to be done at this point. They provided me with recommendations on what I should do now and what can wait/I can do next time. I appreciate this level of service and not feeling pressured to do a ton of maintenance that can get pricey quick! I trust and appreciate their expertise.

  I had a slow leak in one of my tires and called early on Saturday morning. I was able to be seen that afternoon and the tire leak was quickly repaired. I greatly appreciated the prompt and efficient repair service!

  I am happy these guys were there when I needed them. My brakes started acting funny a few days ago on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I have a 44 mile commute (88 miles round trip) 5 days a week and can't afford to take time off right now. These guys were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday. I went on the website to make the appointment on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised that I could book a spot for that same Saturday. I called the location on Friday just to confirm. They told me they may or may not get a chance to do the work on Saturday. I didn't let that deter me. I brought it in Saturday at 7:40am. The guy told me they should have an estimate by the afternoon and that it is going to be tight whether they could do the work they had other customers before me. Anyway, they called at 9am and left a message. I didn't see the message but they called back again at 10:30 and told me that they had the car on the lift and that they were ready to do the work. They went over the recommended work and gave me an estimate. I asked if they could get it done by the end of the day and he confidently said yes. At about 2:30 they called to tell me it was ready. I went to pick it up and the final charge was exactly what they quoted. A total win. They under promised and over delivered. But here is my only complaint: I immediately checked one of the lights they were supposed to fix and it was dangling from the fixture inside of the trunk. I knew that the fixture was broken and was suspicious when they said they were going to "change the bulb". Anyway, my only gripe and the reason I did 4 stars and not 5 is because they did not acknowledge the broken fixture and did not prepare me for the dangling bulb. I mean at least take the time to stuff it back inside the housing the way it was before. Or when I'm paying the bill, just politely say..."we are sorry but we could not fix the light today" and I would have been pleased. But I just thought it was a little sloppy. They were not rude, and I don't mean to imply that they should have fixed the housing. Just a little more communication that's all. But the experience was overall very good. If I was in a pinch again I would go there. I do think I was up charged a little bit. It was about 500 just for the rear brakes and then they suggested a few other things which brought the bill to 1150. I'm not a car guy, and hate dealing with repairs so I'm just glad I'm safe to return to the road. Thanks guys!
