Poor customer service and those employees need to be retrained to know that it is a workplace and not a hangout spot to gossip like school girls and get paid for it

Every single time I call the store and he answers, he tells me the parts I need are “not in stock.” But the moment I come in and talk to someone else, they always have what I need sitting right there! This has happened multiple times — it’s not a coincidence. I’ve even watched this guy hang up the phone and just walk away like he couldn’t care less. He’s rude, lazy, and clearly doesn’t want to do his job. It’s unbelievable that AutoZone allows someone like this to keep working there. He’s driving customers away. Please remove this person from your store. He has been nothing but useless and a complete embarrassment to your company.
