Business must be so good there that they are not offering customer service anymore and don't need your business. If you have the option look around for a business that is operated by someone who likes their job, is a good human and is interested in getting you a car.

When I returned the car it was in the same condition I picked it up and cleared from any damages from the staff members. I don’t understand why all of a sudden there’s a “loss claim” for damages. However, the Lawrence, MA branch has repeatedly given me problems with last minute cancellations and unclear policies. Most recently, I booked a reservation 48 hours in advance, received a confirmation email, and even checked in through the app. The day before pickup, the branch called and said they could only rent me the vehicle if I returned it to the same location even though I booked a one way rental online. This has happened several times now, including past reservations where I received confirmation but was later told no vehicles were available. If the Lawrence branch cannot honor one way rentals, that should be made clear upfront on the website to avoid confusion and wasted time. I’ve never had these issues at any other Enterprise location, and I hope corporate can look into this branch’s reservation practices to ensure consistency with Enterprise’s usual standards.
