  First time Porsche owner - asked a few Porsche owners if they recommend any local shops as I wanted to stay away from the dealerships. SSA in Kingston was recommended to me. I was thrilled to hear as they are close to my residence. I gave them a try last week and I was pleased with the entire process and happy with the full experience. They were extremely fair with their prices in my opinion. I think I found myself a gem. Time will tell but so far they have exceeded my expectations.

  I had an excellent experience at SSA. I knew I had issues with my car, but like many I was nervous about what I didn’t know. The crew at SSA walked me through everything that was going on with my car and when I asked, “What really needs to be done here to keep my car in good shape?”, they were open and honest. I found their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and I was kept in the loop at every turn. No BS!!!! I will continue to use SSA to keep my car in great shape.

  Just had my BMW expansion tank replaced at South Shore Autoworks and I couldn’t be happier. They did a fantastic job—quick, professional, and super easy to work with. Best part? They beat the local BMW dealer’s price by a lot! It’s not easy finding a mechanic you trust, but these guys earned it. Definitely my new go-to for European auto work. Highly recommend!

  Great customer service, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, the prices are a bit high but it's a specialist service that you cannot get anywhere else for a premium product (my vehicle). When you've got a premium product, you've got to budget for a premium service and care. Overall, I'm highly satisfied and will continue to bring my vehicle there.

  I have an Alfa Romero with 30K miles. The machine is still under warranty. I received a brake issue signal. I didn't want to drive to the Romero dealership in Boston. I've seen SSA's add on the TV. I brought the car to SSA, and unfortunately, I told Dan the front brakes are the problem. SSA worked on the machine for an hour and a half, checking all the fluids and front brakes. It turned out to be the rear brakes were the issue. I couldn't wait while the proper brakes were delivered. I went to pay for the time spent on my vehicle due to my error, and SSA would not accept my money telling me that it was part of the service. IMPRESSIVE!!! SSA can count on my return with any problem with the machine. Richard C Kinch 04/03/2026
