  I have brought my car in for major services like starter replacement to minor services like windshield wiper replacement and they are so nice and the manager is great he explains everything to me and has it fixed in a timely fashion

  Desperately needed assistance ASAP after finding a screw in my tire at 2am the night before. They were incredibly nice and were able to get me in as soon as the customers already being worked on were completed. I really appreciated the team here

  Being new to the area, I went to the nearest Jiffy Lube. They told me they couldn’t change my oil because whoever did it previously stripped the plug and suggested I try Monro which was right next-door. Not only did the young man behind the counter tell me it would be no problem, but my oil was changed promptly and both he, and the other young man that took my car back out to me were absolutely wonderful. They were courteous and very professional. I, along with my family members will be back for our oil change changes. Also, I’d like to mention that I was not “up sold“ which was very refreshing because many oil change establishments will do that. I mentioned that to the young man and he said… “ you didn’t need anything else, sir, I noticed your brakes are fine and everything else is in very good shape“

  I got 4 Goodyear tires for my 1999 Tahoe. On checking out I was invoiced for 4 tire pressure sensors and labor. My car does not have tire pressure sensors and the manager said he could not remove them from my invoice or even just write a note on the invoice that I did not get the sensors. Things got a little heated which they should not have. I will not be going back
